Q. Are there any customs or duties charged on my order?
No, your order will not be accessed customs or duties charges. Our Canadian warehouse is located in Toronto, Canada and all customs and duties have been prepaid by Signing Time.
Q. What currency is used on the Signing Time Canada website?
All prices are in Canadian dollars.
Q. What shipping options do you offer?

- All orders ship from Canadian postal code L4M 7G3
Q. How long does a shipment take once it has shipped?
- Local: 2-3 days
- Regional: 3-5 days
- National: 4-9 days
- Orders typically ship from our warehouse within 48 business hours after placing order.
- All shipping times are approximate and we do not have control over the shipping times and packages may be delayed by Canada Post due to weather conditions, holidays, etc.
Q. Can I have my order shipped to a different address or more than one address?
If you are shipping within Canada, during the checkout process you will have the option to enter the "ship to" address. You may ship it to a different address other than your billing address, as in the case of sending a gift to someone else. You can only ship to one address. If you want to ship to more than one address, you will have to place separate orders for each address. Shipping/handling charges will apply to each order. If you want to ship outside of Canada, see the following two questions.
Q. I live in Canada, but I want to have my order shipped to an address in the United States. How should I place the order?
Place your order at www.signingtime.com and do not choose the Canada site. During the check out process keep your billing address as your Canada address, but change the shipping address to the United States address. Your order will then process from our warehouse in the States.
Q. What if I want to ship my package somewhere other than Canada or the United States?
Place your order through the United States website and change the shipping address. You only have one option for international shipping on the United States web site. Orders ship from the United States warehouse by FedEx International. Approximate delivery time is 7-10 days.
Q. Are shipping fees refundable if I return my product?
Once a package is shipped we cannot refund the shipping cost. If you return your product, you are responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us as well as the original shipping fee.
Q. How can I find out what my shipping/handling charges are before I place my order?
Add the items you want to purchase to the shopping cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart page enter your country, state and zip code and click the quote button to get the shipping costs and methods available for your order. You can add or remove items to the shopping cart to see the shipping differences.
