Baby Signing Time Vol. 4: Let's Be Friends - DVD

This was the first BST DVD I had my daughter watch at about 10 months old. This was the only thing she would sit still for (for 5 minutes, but that was an improvement!). She now can sign along, but some of the signs are for concepts that are still very foreign to her (friend, share) so she hasn't picked up on those ones yet. She can sign the rest of the signs in the other 3 DVDs, so this is one she will just have to continue to work on! These DVDs are all great and definitely a reason that I feel my daughter has a large spoken vocabulary at 16 months old, and can communicate what she wants to without having to throw a tantrum! I LOVE BST 4! Such fun signs to learn like cry; eat; happy; etc! The songs are great; you'll be singing "can you feel it" all day long! Your baby will come up to you, pull on your pant leg and sign, "baby! baby" because they want to watch Baby Signing Time!

This was one of the first dvd's that our new babysitter took home with her to watch and learn. The signs shown on this dvd are perfect for play dates with friends or even just hanging out with siblings. I love the feelings vocab that is covered, and all the work that was done with the concept of SHARING (oh, such a complicated subject for this age!!). :) Great dvd to use in conjunction with "Family, Feelings, and Fun" in the series one set.

We love Baby Signing Time! My 2 year old asks for it all the time. The music in this volume is so fun and I find myself singing along with Rachel. The words he learned from Baby Signing Time! 4 "Let's Be Friends" were perfect for him. I love seeing him try his new found words out on me. Thanks Signing Time! We are friends. :)

Signing TIme has been a household name in our house since my 2 1/2 year old daughter was born. Katie now knows HUNDREDS of signs (we have every dvd Signing Time has made!) and I believe is the reason she started speaking at the age of 10 months, very well I might add, and quickly -almost instantly, actually- had an enormous vocabulary.

I tell EVERYONE I can about Signing Time. And I also give as a gift whenever I know someone who is having a baby.
